Price and Freight Terms

Price Free On Board (FOB) Tanjung Emas Port Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia: Our prices are based on FOB terms, meaning that the buyer is responsible for the cost of transportation from our facility to the designated port of departure.
FOB Freight Collect: The buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of freight from the port of departure to the final destination.

Payment Terms

Payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT): We accept payment via Telegraphic Transfer (TT), a secure and reliable method of transferring funds electronically.
Down Payment Requirement: We require a 50% down payment before executing your order. This helps us ensure that your order is processed promptly and efficiently.
Balance Payment Documents Against Payment: The remaining balance is due upon receipt of documents. We release the necessary shipping documents to you once the balance payment has been made.
Bank Account Transfer: All payments should be transferred to our designated bank account in full amount, excluding any bank charges or additional fees.

Document Notification

Document Copies: Copies of shipping and payment documents will be promptly provided to you via email or fax after the shipment has been executed.

Packaging

Standard Packaging
Wrapped in Single-Face Paper and Foam Sheet: Our standard packaging includes wrapping your items in single-face paper and foam sheeting to provide a protective layer during transit.
Tied with Raffia Strings: To ensure that your furniture stays secure during transportation, we tie the packaging with durable raffia strings.
Additional Packaging Cost:
Any additional packaging requirements beyond our standard packaging will incur an additional cost, which is to be covered by the buyer.
Optional Box Packing
Available Upon Request: If you prefer box packing for your items, we can accommodate your request. However, please note that box packing is subject to additional fees.

Cost Responsibility: Please note that while we accommodate sample requests, the buyer is responsible for covering the production, additional packaging, and shipping costs associated with the samples.
International Shipping
Retail Orders: Retail orders are welcomed, but buyers should consult their freight forwarder to determine the shipping costs associated with their order. Additionally, buyers are responsible for covering the additional packaging and shipping costs.
Full Container Load Orders : No Minimum Quantity: There is no minimum quantity requirement for each item in Full Container Load (FCL) orders. Whether you’re ordering one item or multiple items, we’re here to fulfill your needs.
